2. Description

MarkDownload is a free Chrome browser extension that converts web page content to Markdown and other formats. It operates entirely within your browser and does not require an account.

3. Use License

You may use MarkDownload for personal or commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or sell the Extension.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you capture. We do not access, store, or transmit your content. All data remains on your device.

5. AI Features

Optional AI features require your own API key. You are responsible for API costs and compliance with the AI provider's terms. We are not responsible for AI-generated output.

6. Intellectual Property

The MarkDownload Extension, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of MarkDownload. These Terms grant a usage license only.

7. Disclaimer

MarkDownload is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of conversions, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarkDownload shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Extension.
